Jinx is upset because she see’s her sister SPECIFICALLY HER SISTER sporting an enforcers uniform and roaming around with a bunch of Pilties trying to catch her and put her behind bars. It’s the last straw for Jinx. She really knows now that her sister is on the side of the enemy.

I think there's a part of Jinx that thinks Vi hates her for killing her family and seeing Vi joining Enforcers, who killed their biological parents and put fear on them when they were kids. For her it's like why them and not me?

3 reasons:
1. The grey effected her cuz it was probably very hard and painful to stay conscious while breathing it in

2. Vi being an enforcer shows that she is 100% on the enemy's side and has no more faith in jinx

3. When she tried to kill vi, she couldn't, that shows her that she still doesn't have the strength to get rid of her and that she still needs her, which is something she's been trying to prove wrong her whole life

Well another thing could be…that 1. she’s just so overwhelmed and done with everything…2. the betrayal of her sister…3. her own best friend beating her to the point of her wanting to die right then and there…4. Her killing the only man who ever actually loved her like a human being…the only man who ever told her…that in his eyes…she was perfect..5. And now with isha around trying to protect her from vi…jinx is so traumatized and scared of letting others back into her life because she is so scared of abandonment…that she doesn’t wanna try to even get close to her because maybe she fears that isha will just end up doing the same and walking out on her too…6. Jinx is just overall upset because she’s basically lost the one thing that she was craving most…love…and physical touch from someone that she knows will actually care for her…after her sister walked away from her…it’s like…all the humanity and sanity left in powder was basically lost…like she completely lost all her sense of self as well as probably her confidence…

couldn’t breathe with the grey, plus the shock and betrayal of seeing vi w the enforcers. that’s specifically why she can play it off so well later, and why she isn’t initially shocked when cait and vi pull up in enforcer uniforms in the fight in ep3

The enforcers are the reason jinx parents are gone, enforces mocked clagor for being stuck, they infiltrated their arcade when they were kids, vi told jinx she didn't mean to abandon jinx she couldn't come back because enforces arrested her and now vi joins them and jinx feels betrayed by vi

Going to try and guess here. I’ll still watch you video though😂 I think she was upset simply because she couldn’t bring herself to kill Vi who she blames for abandoning her leading to her life now. I think this hints at her possible redemption. Jinx wanted to kill Vi but Powder stopped her.
