I love this, I've always been unimpressed with the paper cutting demonstration because Its hard to tell how sharp a knife actually is through the screen but this explains it so much better

Didn't notice it being any quieter but the ability for it to continue to cleanly cut in a circular way as you turned the blade was impressive. Definitely an extremely sharp blade.

Thank you for the heads up on sharp vs. Razor sharp which reminds me when someone puts down an animal the rabbis often used or razor sharp knife so is quick and as painless as possible
