As for other classic unexpected podium moments, I can name a few of them:
-1977 Japanese GP: Race winner James Hunt and 2nd placed Carlos Reutemann decided to go straight to the airport after the race and didn't show up in the podium, so Depailler was the only one to spray the champagne alongside a Magneti Marelli representative. After this, attending the podium became mandatory.
-1978 Canadian GP: Due to the low temperatures, drivers attended the podium while wearing winter clothing, which made an unique image. On top of that, they sprayed beer instead of champagne.
-1982 Brazilian GP: In contrast with Canada, Nelson Piquet would faint while standing on the podium due to the high temperatures and humidity during the race. Both Piquet and Rosberg would be disqualified after the post-race scrutineering because their cars were running underweight, which promoted 3rd placed Alain Prost to victory.
-1989 Brazilian GP: Nigel Mansell won the race but while lifting the winner's trophy, cut his finger with it.
