How to increase max volume on iPhone? in This tutorial, I show you how to make your iPhone louder. This includes making the speakers on your iPhone louder and also increasing the volume on your iPhone's Bluetooth headphones. Let me know in the comments if you have any questions while you increase max volume on an iPhone.

Follow the steps below to increase volume on iPhone:
1. Open the settings on your iPhone.
2. Once in the settings scroll down and select Music.
3. Find and turn off Sound Check.
4. Select EQ.
5. Go through and select an EQ that fits your environment and needs. I have found that Latin, Spoken Word, and Late Night are the loudest.
6. If your iPhone still isn't loud enough, try putting your iPhone in a bowl.

Thanks!! I was trying to increase the volume on my phone for a while with no success. With your help, I did it!!

There’s no “decibel level” control under headphone safety on my iPhone 11. Only a seemingly pointless “last 6 months” bar graph, “lightning adapters”, & “reduce loud sounds” which is the LAST thing I need to do.

WARNING: Using EQ Late Night, you notice that the audio breaks before continuing for a moment. This break in sound means that the audio compression is turned on. Late Night gives louder sound at the cost of audio quality

When I open settings I see Health, however Music is not listed. Any other suggestions? It has been fine for three months and just started a very soft volume while I am watching YouTube videos. I have turned up the volume to the maximum using the side button already. I am stumped.

The thing I like to do, is similar to your bowl trick. When I hold my iPhone, I put all of my fingers behind the phone and use my palm as a re-direction of the sound back to myself. Same idea though.

Your bowl trick was funny. I use my cup holder if I have car with no Bluetooth. Does the same thing 👍

Does the EQ affect every single app you use or only Apple Music? Thanks

😘 You are so awesome! I couldn’t understand why my music was so soft on my phone, even with head phones, and the volume turned up 100%.

I turned off the sound check, changed the EQ from rock to the spoken word, which surprisingly, is louder than rock. The sound from my iPad is 500% better than the iPhone, but the iPhone is 100% better than what it was. Now I have to look at iPad settings and see what, if anything, is different.

The tips you give that apply to me have all been golden. Thank you for taking the time to put up these videos that help people like me get more from their computer/phone/iPad. Apple doesn’t provide instruction manuals, and it’s not always easy to find what you’re looking for in their FAQs. Thanks again.
Edit: I went back into settings and turned off “reduce loud sounds”. Now it’s freakin awesome. I love you! ❤️

Your suggestion is actually pointless. If the sound is already on "Latin" (for example) you suggest putting the phone in a bowl?! What if you are already using headphones or outdoors in a noisy environment? Do you seriously suggest we carry a ceramic bowl when walking the city streets? No, your suggestion should be "but an Android phone"
