Hi Michelle you came up on my feed & so glad I did. I am a new subscriber and have been binge watching your video's. You explain everything so well & makes things so much easier to understand. I have lost 74lbs started my journey in 2020. I have been doing resistance training & cardio. What about EAA's??? Can you do a video on them or maybe you have & I missed it. You are so upbeat & inspirational. Thank you.

Hi Michelle! Question for clarification. I eat a high protein diet with the foods you mention but I train fasted. My protein powder also contains BCAAs. Should I still consider using BCAAs since I don’t eat for another 3-4 hours after my workout? TIA!

I’m 55 and weigh 121. I eat really healthy most of the time and get about 110-120grams of protein a day so I’m getting enough protein so it would seem I don’t need BCAAs. However I work out with weights in a fasted state MWF. So my question is would I/should I use BCAA on MWF? Or since I get my protein intake do you think it’s ok for me to do weights on an empty stomach? And also do I HAVE to eat within an hour or can I keep fasting for about 4 hours (which is what I’ve been doing) Im trying to start a body recomposition as I’m a tad flabby on my upper arms and thighs. Thanks so much!

okay wow, I bought a high quality BCAA mix (has more than the 3 AAs) and some plant based protein powder and I was concerned I had overbought. However after watching this video I can see that I am consuming far below the requirements of protein for my body weight and that I am not really consuming any of the foods listed (vegan with occasional salmon) and the amount of tofu and lentils i eat will not be adding up to the required proteins i need. Explains why my hair looks like that of an 85 y o
