It sounds like Johanna Constantine’s girlfriend asking for a dream to south her, the girlfriend just wants her love back and to be with her forever. Pleading to the Sandman to bring her a blissful dream so that she will not be alone anymore and so that the both of them will not be lonely anymore. The song fits so well as a refrence to that episode.
