Doing some Garden work and cleaning up the Cherry tree which has been dead for many years but was left for beauty but now it's time is up and we have to clean it up!
Make sure you subscribe to follow our daily lives in this farm!

Hey to everyone!!
We are two young adults, Despina 22 and Deivids 23 renovating an old farm house from 1817 in Latvia.

Everything in and out of our house has been done by ourselves with no hired help.
DIY is going to apply to nearly everything in our house. Our budget is tight and that has made us appreciate every “ugly” part of this house and turn it into something new and beautiful.
We give new life to things that others would throw away!

In this journey we are not alone! We are starting up our little Farmily:
5 Goats & 6 Goat Babies
3 Sheep & 3 Sheep Babies
5 chickens
1 Rooster
and 3 Geese
Oh yeah and our cat Ivi

Despite our daily problems we are two young people full of joy and happiness, ready to start a new crazy chapter in our life. It wouldn’t be fair to keep this fun just for us!
That’s why we want YOU to also be part of our Farmily!!

We love our very supportive community!!

Instead of feeding the chickens from a bowl, just throw the feed on the ground over a larger area. Then they won't compete so much, and believe me, they will find every single grain. That's what chickens are made for :-)

Your daffodils looked great! I couldn't help but laugh when I saw the Stork go over to the barn & grab a good size piece of hay and flew up to the nest!!!! Sorry about the loss of your Cherry tree!

OH THE CHERRY TREE! Oh the things you can make with that wood!!! I do believe we saw 99% of all of your animals. Pit, I think that is the name of the tuxedo cat, wasn't there. Sheep, goats, geese, cat, chickens and the stork; all present in this video. Spring on the farm!!😁🥰🌞

Scatter some chicken food over a fairly large area so all can eat without having to fight over the bowl. We call it giving scratch lol.

Just wondering if your roaster is staying home more now that you got some more hens?

Used to have chickens. The bullying is just their pecking order. Its what they do. I am amazed at how hard you both work.

Maybe you should feed the new chickens by theirselves till the older chickens get use to the new chickens. That's what I would do so the new chicken would feel better around the older chickens or till the old chickens get use to the new chickens. Always love your videos there is always something new going on at your farm .At least the new chickens are outside now enjoying their new home . Till I see you both on the next video God bless you both and your beautiful animals. Thank you so much for sharing your life with all of us .

Hi David and Dessy. Spring is with you at last. Lovely wood you got from the fallen tree. Will be nice for your summer BBQ's. Grass is growing, swans venturing closer. Storks replenishing their nest, ready for eggs. New hens venturing out, everything getting on as usual. Thankyou for the pictures of the daffs, catkins and leaves bursting forth. Have a good week, stay safe.

Sorry about the old cherry tree but it will make for some good firewood for next winter. It's so pretty and reddish. The stork was too funny stealing some of the animals hay for the nest. Everything you showed in the beginning has such pretty new leaves growing. The daffodil was so pretty. Maybe feed the chickens separately until they get a little more used to each other. Maybe feed new ones inside and old ones outside. If you don't have an extra feeder you could tunnel out a long piece of wood. Like an oblong feeder and carve it out for right now.
