Top B1/B2 visa interview tip for business travel

The B1/B2 visa is a type of non-immigrant visa that allows individuals to enter the U.S. temporarily for business, tourism, medical treatment, or short term-visits.

At a B1/B2 visa interview you will need to make it clear to the visa officer of your intention to use the visa, and avoid speaking about remote work if that is a factor.

At your U.S. visa interview you will meet with a consular officer who has the final decision to approve or refuse your visa. They will ask you questions to try and determine if you're going to use your visa correctly. You need to give the visa officer the confidence to approve your visa.

With Argo Visa you get the chance to work with the visa interview experts, our team of former visa officers. 👥 👥

I’d like to thank Argo Visa, and special credits to Ms. Christa and Mr. Ben. I prepared for my interview by watching all your videos, and today my B1/B2 visa experience was seamless. The interview barely took a minute, and I got my visa approved. Keep up the good work!

Congratulations on your channel.
I would like to ask you why the visa officer automatically denied my B1 B2 visa application and did not accept my waiver application even though it was a previous recommendation from the consulate itself. Thanks for answering.

I’m planning to travel to the U.S. for a business trip representing my company, which I run as a one-woman show. However, I am being sponsored by another company.

In addition to providing the bank statements of the company sponsoring me, should I also bring my company’s bank statements or my personal bank statement to the interview?

What about unpaid volunteer work for non profit organisations? Like helping out backstage for an event. Does this require the business visa? Or would the VWP be sufficient?

Hello sir, I need your help. My interview is in two weeks, I was invited by my friend (us citizens<whites>) and last year September 2023 I was invited for two month but after folling my ds-160 form I did not find any interview date before September 2023 so I pick March 2024. Now my friends who invited me felt we'll be traveling to more place and 2 month will not be enough so they increased it to 4 month on the invitation letter for 2024.

My problem right now is in my ds-160 I filled 2 month, and my invitation letter now is 4 month. How will I explain to the V.O. I need your help pls.

I applied for visas with my kids, and our visas were rejected. I reapplied for myself, and it was accepted. Now, I want to apply for my kids through interview waiver. What should I write in the refusal section on the DS-160 form as the “reason for refusal”? The consular officer gave us a slip mentioning the visa refusal under 214(b).

Hi, I am planning to apply for B1B2 visa from Qatar for around one month just to explore some cities and famous places. My question is my brother is also in US, if they asked me during interview about my relatives in US so what should I answer?

I visited the Us on 2014 for Nasa tour and I applied for b1-b2 visa recently with all the valid documents but still got denied saying you're not illegible for this visa and handed me a 214B paper. How can I out come this decision in positive. Please help.

Madam, I hope you will respond to my comment. I am single and thirty years old. I have my own store and my own house, but I heard that single people have very little chance. How do I convince the consulate officer that I just want to travel for a few days and enjoy the beaches of America and discover it?

Hi, My husband and I were eligible for interview waiver as per the new regulations (we previously had H1b and H4 and now were applying for B1/B2 and B2 visas respectively) we submitted our docs via dropbox. Our visa's were refused and we received 2211g white slips asking us to appear for an interview. They didn't ask for any additional documents. Any idea on what we can expect at the interview?

I was denied a B1/B2 visa yesterday on the basis that I am ineligible. I am a Police officer in Ghana and I was attending a conference on gender-based violence that will take place in California San Diego the conference is organized by End Violence Against Women International ( Evawi) The interview officer asked why I was going to the US, how the conference relates to my work, how much salary I take, she asked if I have traveled before. I answered all the questions that were asked but I was denied. What could be the reason
