It’s Rosé season🥂🥂🥂

Greek wines are slowly becoming a favorite of mine as I continue my wine journey. It was only right that I celebrated my Mother’s Day with this amazing Kir-Yianni AKAKIES Sparkling! 🥂🥂🥂

I was so excited when I received a text from my favorite local wine shop @briarwoodwine that they had it back in stock.!

I tried this Greek Rose last year at @eat_aplos Greek wine dinner & I absolutely fell in love with it. It’s the perfect sparkling for the up coming rosé season!

✨Greek wine fun fact✨
Greece has over 200 indigenous grape varietals, including Xinomavro, Assyrtiko, Agiorgitiko and Savatino. As Greece is the only country using these grapes, they produce wines that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

👃🏾/👄 strawberry, cherry, and fresh acidity
👀 beautiful pinkish
I paired it with spaghetti squash topped with a red turkey ground meat sauce with an Italian cheese blend, stuffed mushrooms with spinach & a caesar salad
