I do 'L' sits on handles every morning. I've just discovered straddle sits now. I found your video very interesting. I shall practice your position now. Thankyou for the video.

A straddle L-sit would immediately get me the Stalder press, but the reality right now is that, if I do just a half straddle L-sit for even ten seconds, I get vicious spasms in my quadriceps and have to stop. I can hold a pancake stretch, stomach on floor, for 2 minutes, so apparently I just lack compression strength.

I am at the v sit stage what does the straddle sit hit different than the l v dont do?

I can do full pike but somehow can’t raise my hips as high
