I saw IR cables in this video and I can't understand about its use? Can you explain for me?

Hi There, I saw this solution and I just applied here at home and I got a very weird scenario.

Using a Cat 8 ethernet cable for 20m long, If I stretch it using all length of the cable, the Signal wont reach the projector on ceiling about 4m high coming down on a wall parallel to Projector's lens
But using the same cable in a short path from receiver up to a transversal wall to projector's lens everything works

Im using TV service provider box, connected to Receiver and the main video source Arc connected to projector. Stretched wont work, shorter path work just fine. The problem with the short one is that its outside wall.

Any tips or help?

I have a distance of 121 meters cat6 cable. Am I going to have troubles for this distance?

Instale uno de esos que supuestamente es para 50mts y lo que pasa es que en por ratos deja de enviar imagen y queda como desconectado. Hay que desconectar la fuente y volverlo a conectar para que vuelva a funcionar.
