my grandpa lives literally right next door to me but whenever he rearranges his tv area further away from my house i lose signal 🙄 i literally say “your tv looks better over there” and it works every time 😂😂

first, the built in wifi antenna in the laptop is not behind the screen, and second cds will absorb about 50% of the signal and reflect the rest, so if anything (unless under certain circumstances like the cd in position to help reflect the signal around the walls) The cd thing would not work.

For those who say it don't work you guys should be right seeing as how metal and stone block Wi-Fi signal even cell signal but in a CD wouldn't be metal of a any kind more of a reflective plastic just texted it thing is the Wi-Fi analyzer signal bounces a lot so yeah

for those making comments about the WiFi being in the base of a laptop and not the screen you are partially correct.

the WiFi chip may well be in the base but most laptops tend to have the antennas which plug into the WiFi chip in the monitors bezel
