Is #autism a curse?

I won’t lie and say that being #autistic isn’t overwhelming some days. I think we all go through times when we wish we weren’t #neurodivergent.

But it’s not a curse.

Even without all the benefits that autism brings into my life, the short answer is that it’s my way of existing. It’s not something that can be wished away. If you got rid of my autism, you’d be making me someone else.

And no human being’s existence is ever a curse.
