I wasn't talking about Romney, I was talking about laws. There is no tax break for shipping jobs away. Romney did have to fire people in order to save the rest of the business. And guess what? Instead of everyone losing their jobs, some people lost their jobs. The poor in this country do not have to be selfish to survive. We nearly have the richest poor people in the world.. When you are working in a corporation you are busy making your business survive and expand. That's not selfish.

I hate to think how effective this ad would be, if the Romney campaign team actually decided to air it nation-wide. People can be so prone to buy into conspiracy theories and convincing visuals.

That's just unreasonable. Why would he want to send taxable business over to China (reducing our income) and then give a tax break to that business (reducing income further). I'm not going to call you stupid, but it is purely ignorant to believe that. And what do you mean by corporate sleaze? People who work in business are just that... people. Give them a break for goodness sake. Sure some of them are selfish, but then again I know plenty of poor selfish people too. Who is worse? Both the same.

I don't think that can be done. The problem is that all the extremists aren't solely in their government, but also in most of their population. When those Danish cartoonists drew pictures of Muhammad, it wasn't their government dragging Christians out of churches and cutting off heads, it was Muslim citizens. I am not saying all Muslims are bad people, and I feel genuinely bad for them, but more education is not going to fix them. I think we need to stop sacrificing our own people for nothing.

LOL! If by "smart" you mean lying, getting tax breaks for sending American businesses over seas, and a horse for his wife, tying a dog to the roof of a car, and being an all around corporate sleaze. Then yes, he's very intelligent. But like you said, it was the FIRST debate. But it's all good. I'm tired of arguing. Have a nice life.

I wish that were true, I would feel far more optimistic about the future. Unfortunately, even some of the terrorists involved with 9/11 were educated middle class people. Of course, any example I give could be brushed off as an extreme case, but a gallup poll asked 30, 000 Muslims if they thought suicide bombings were justifiable if they were in defense of Islam, and the number of people saying yes was quite frightening to me. Still, I sincerely hope time can prove me wrong.

Mitt Romney would raise taxes on the middle class and get rid of public healthcare and other such programs, Instead of forcing the poor to give to the rich, Obama would force the rich to give to the poor. Are those reasons good enough?
