Note: in the first attempt, it was the local citizens who were telling the secret service at rally there is a shooter on the roof. Now on the second attempt the local citizen rang police & took photos of the shooter which helped them to catch him. Without the help from the citizens the law enforcement etc would be no where!! That’s unacceptable.

car and called the authorities to report what type of car and the license plate. Otherwise, the so called “law enforcement” has nothing to be proud of.
