It shouldn't be necessary to move the throttle at start up. Giving the oil a chance to do it's job at the lowest idle on start up, will certainly help the engine's internals!👍

Okay, my boss needs help mowing. I'm a tiny person, short but i have strong legs. I was having trouble getting the level down to lower the deck, could not do it. Is there any pointers, tips, suggestions someone can give me to resolve this? I can't seem to find any information or videos to help and i did great with everything else. I'd appreciate any advice.
