I really like how the sausages are being made mixed with pork and fat instead of just being made with the pure weird ingredient. It really makes them more sausage-like and could lead to some cool revelations in what tastes good (like the peppermint sausage).

They have a black cherry reaper sauce that would pair really well with a sausage I think. It has cherry and cranberry in it I believe. And it should be a hair bit milder than dried whole reapers, if you are interested
