I just purchased that Whitney album today at an estate sale for $5, doesn't have all the fancy adds like the $99 version, but I'm over the moon that my album is probably from the original album release production. 🤗

New vinyl is so expensive now days. You’re going to spend every bit of $50 Dollars after taxes and shipping. I try😢 to make sure I only buy vinyl that I once owned on compact and I have a deep connection with these album like you mentioned in your video. I use to have a subscription to VMP a few years ago. I eventually cancelled my subscription because they wasn’t really putting out LPs that I really liked or would like to have from the 90s it was kinda like a hit of miss. I tend to shop around Amazon, eBay Target, Walmart local record shops in Chicago and we have allot. I try to make sure I’m getting the best deal for my pockets

Easy answer in my case …go for quality over quantity..better to have a decent vinyl rig and 500 albums than go with 2000 mediocre or poorly pressed albums and not have enough for a decent playback setup…there’s a fine line and between the software and the hardware….welcome to the audiophile conundrum 😂
