She has two passives:
1) If she uses an ability, her next auto attack is empowered. Each ability gives her 3 stacks (max: 9) and auto attacks apply all 9 stacks.
2) Overwhelm: If she hits a target, she stores extra damage against that target. This can only be applied with her ultimate or if they take damage by Mel below the execution threshhold.

I don't think this video explained that properly. You can't apply overwhelm damage with your auto attacks.

Mel is going to become an ADC main. She can't be a support. She's basically One Woman Army.
She has Root, Burst Damage, Slow, Reflect, and One-shoting Ultimate. I couldn't beat her even with a champ like MF. I threw everything I had.
Q, E, R. Nothing. Not even a scratch. The fun part is that she used W on Q. Her E nullified my Ult. Reflect is not even that important compared to her 2-second roots.
