my realtor did not pull my payoff quote, i should of done that 2 weeks ago was her answer, did not close on time she also made and error credit me instead of the buyer witch messed everything up after i told her twice she made a mistak, there are no short term rental but half the homes are, i had to disclose it can't be rented before they voted, i felt like they wholesaled my house to get another sale and commission
my realtor went to disney for a week and had another realtor indident meet sell, house appraised for 10 k over they said 15k
450k home sold for 369, but i paid off 100m and got 240k profit but it still dident feel right the whole time. i closed a day after contract ended after i did not extend,
they boast and brag in their reviews
she also braught up that incant sue her but i want her to loose realtor license for her attitude, they messed up paperwork on their and then said inhave mallis intent, if i am telling her u anerror and ur assuring g me it's right, they needed like 5k to close and dident have it till tax returns and i dident extend until after contract ended are they still liable it's been a year
