its definitely less than i was expecting, but you also have to take into consideration that those were their FIRST commission checks. in the beginning as a real estate agent anywhere, you cant expect to be making hella bank right out the gate.

there are no salaries its only commission and the commission depends on what your selling!! 2% or 3% is the average commission rate and most important things are
- the property you found must be direct from the owner of the property and you must have keys or access to the property so a potential customer cannot steal away your commission.
- the real estate company must finance the advertisement's for the property in order that you well be able to enlist the property you found in Dubbizle or Morjan or Property finder or any other social advertising platform so that you start having customers 1 advertisment on sales or rent is enough to bring down other properties to be rented or saled too!!!! but 2 advertisments 1 for sale and 1 for rent is a must.
- you must be part of a real estate company and have there Visa and work contract signed and be official on government records so if realtor didnt give you your commission so youll able to do legal case!! this is the thing!!! and the more you diversify your property enlisting the more customers you have!! commissions are divided 50/50 between you and your company remember that bcuz they will fund your advertisments and give you a working platform if they didnt then your wasting your time and move out in a different company!!!

Depends on what the buyer is paying for the property. In US its around 5% per deal (split between the listing agent and buyers agent). It also depends property location, competitors and many other factors.

Yea we actually have it pretty easy in America with our 3% checks. I’ve recently cut mine down to around 2% to undercut my competition and it’s still a lot of money

No it’s not there but unless you from different country then yes but let’s say in USA it’s 25000 US dollars to even some times millions and okay based on firm you keep 60 to 95 percent commission
