Exercises are good but finding the exercises that reaches a purpose like balance and range of movement is what we need to do as we age for that is what we lose in the body that effects the mind. When your young you exercise for a sport so exercises has a purpose to enhance your abilities in that sport. Like if exercise for football is one form of exercises but if you exercise for swimming that another form of exercises because you want your body and mind focus on purpose that is the human way.

Finding exercise that affects you base on purpose like keeping balance and range of movement of hands and feet. Exercise without purpose which is unfocused exercise will not help you as you are aging and body conditions changes base on time and type of use. The body support mental function NOT mental support body. The sources of all energy and strength comes from the core area of the torso and mind direct it base on lot things but purpose bring effects with change we all have to deal with natural process of aging.

This video is base on Balance and question is why is Tai Chi has been proven to keep and enhance balances. They do not tell you how it affects balance and why. My self I look at it base on energy to physical and mental for mental directs energy and attitude affects muscles base on Myofascial abilities. If you do not understand and do exercise base on the term Myofascial usage and development your effectiveness will be limited in benefit for time spent to keep your body TONE in muscle abilities and range of motion.

Myofascial understanding is key to understanding balance as you get old and HOW it effects changes throughout you body. For new people to the term Myofascial a lot of doctor say it JUST connecting material which is harmful in understanding and your need to keep balance and range of flexibility in movement.

We lose balance for many reasons but it is all link to the term and understanding of Myofascial. Fascial determines ones range of movement and how do you effect Fascial in exercises, Muscles are your strength part of movement and keeping them tone during movement is exercise. Why is Tai Chi affects balance? It is base on core breathing for energy and strength, movement with sensations and attitude developed that affects Myofascial action in the body during movement that keeps us tone. Myofascial is the key term to understanding lose of range of motions, flexible and strength in movement. Finding techniques that affect Myofascial will keep your movement forceful in life expressions. Is not life expression through the body range of movement and lost of balance is just one effect but the term Myofascial is key to work with the puzzle to your self and health in range of movement as expression of self.
