Mam as u said that in irreflexive set there is not any element of reflxive present in it as we can se (1, 2), (2, 1) is already present in reflexive

Mam 3rd example of your transitive relation is not a transitive relation becouse it must have (3, 1) as there are the elements like (3, 1) and (1, 1).
Therefore (3, 1) must be present.
