It’s supposed to be like this, They don’t spray at the same time, only the bottom or top will be on and it changes throughout the cycle.

This requires changing of the Diverter Motor 4681ED3001D

22$ part. Must pull dish washer, its on the bottom side.

If dishwasher arm isn't spinning can be several things.
1. Clogged holes- pop off arm and soak, clean, look for debris even hair.
2. If plastic of spray arm is warped, cracked or melted- replace
3. Clogged lower water inlet pipe to upper sprayer . Clean out
4. If have rubber or plastic gasket on inlet to upper or lower spray arm can be damaged or cracked- replace
5. If have spray arms thst are secured on with a screw not snap on plastic, The screw can have become too loose or too tight making the arm not turn. Hold the spray arm just tight enough to secure it but still turns freely, then tighten screw. Recheck that the spray arm isn't too loose or too tight, spins freely but without any loose slop .
6. Make sure the upper arm pipe is fully going into the supply inlet from the lower. Sometimes the upper basket becomes warped and doesn't fully mate up to the supply inlet, so there's no water being supplied to the upper spray arm

I have this issue same machine
Anyone with a solution?
I’ve pulled the arm and checked for clogs. The gasket end seems old but no cracks…
It seems like the holes are too big for the amount of water pressure…
