Thanks, spent nearly an hour tearing my hair out trying to stick fallen off upper arm to roof and back of washer. What a numpty I feel now after seeing it attaches to bottom of tray.

My upper spinner falls off every once in awhile and luckily I don't need to remove the upper tray to screw it back on after I've removed the base holder and snapped the spinner back on. I tightened it hard last time and seemed to last longer before falling off but it was more difficult to unscrew again to reattach it. I've noticed the only small piece is the clear plastic washer and I'm wondering if it's the problem and is worn down and needs to be replaced and can I without ordering the entire spinning unit? My unit is a Aquawash in the Bosch line.
