Early on the State violated multiple Brady laws in the Discovery process that were swept under the rug and never addressed. The arresting DNA in question that resulted in this conviction is not even a 1 to 1 match. And my Client never even reciprocated a Plea in this process you're honor - we stood silent hoping Justice would prevail."
