How often do you ask for forgiveness?

We all fall short daily, but asking for forgiveness is a beautiful way to restore relationships and remember Christ's love and sacrifice for us. Remember James 5:16a, which says, "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other."

Daily we sin daily we repent and seek forgiveness from our savior the Lord Jesus Christ. We are saved by his Grace and look for guidance from him through his holy spirit. Who defines what is "offensive" because some folks are offended by the most ridiculous things. (Like offering them milk in their coffee, or saying "good morning"). Getting offended by that sort of thing is just not normal. And while yes, you can apologize, they generally will not accept the apology.

What do you do when you ask - but they won’t talk to you. They prefer to have a rift?
In addition, their response to be offended in the first place was not warranted and they lie to family members, saying you said something which you know full well, you didn’t and wouldn’t?
I feel deeply offended yet I went and tried to offer an outstretched hand. All I got was a slap down.
