I interviewed Richard Junker, FSA, MAAA, and Curtis Lee Robbins, ASA, MAAA, FCA, authors of the book “Design your Future with the Competency Framework”. It was a great conversation talking about the process of writing the book, the competency framework, design mindset, communication, role models, etc.
