This movie really said, "Just this once, everyone lives."

I don’t usually cry during movies, but the ending of this movie really got me choked up. The pure joy of being alive is overwhelming.

I cried harder at the end of GotG3 than at any other movie in a long time. And I think it was when I saw Drax dancing that really pushed me over the edge. Because he finally got his family back.

I’m glad that James Gunn got to finish this amazing trilogy. Can’t wait to see what he does with DC and beyond. He belongs to a very rare breed of storytellers nowadays.

I'm a huge Florence and the Machine fan so when The Dog Days are Over started playing the tears started coming right away

The pure joy on Rocket's face in that last shot gives me chills. His entire story stems from having to move beyond the idea that he's unworthy of both love and happiness because of the tragedy of his origins, and once he comes into his own, there's a sense of emotional freedom that comes with it. That's both brilliant thematic cohesion and immensely powerful. Great finale to this amazing series of collaborations.

"Everything ends, and that's always sad. But everything begins again, too. And that's always happy. Be happy."

I don’t think I’ll ever forget watching the end of GOTG3 in the cinema. It’s long - some might say overlong - but I loved seeing the film _relish_ in that joy, and stay in that moment for a _sliiightly_ self-indulgent length. It just lets the emotion wash over you again and again. It’s the best MCU film yet - and, honestly? I don’t see it being topped. Banger song, too.

‘Just this once, everybody lives!’ - Malekith. Or someone.

GotG3 is an absolute masterpiece. It's not about saving a city, or nation, or planet, or galaxy. It's about saving each other, and not because of any sort of duty, but because they care about each other.. The trilogy as a whole is spectacular, one of the best in cinematic history. Everything matters, in a personal way, not just for lore. Every character changes, and those changes affect relationships, which affect characters.

As soon as Dog Days are Over started playing it broke me. That song means a lot to me personally and I was NOT prepared. Never cried that hard in a theater before 🤣

Congratulations Nando, you have officially created the first piece of media to make me cry. When you talked about how James Gunn made a world where kids who didn't fit in could escape it really hit home for me

The ending of "Your Name" never fails to hit hard, I can't even listen to the song without getting sentimental.
*The Heart never forgets*

My parents used to play this song in the car when I was little, I was a bit overwhelmed when I heard it again after a long time.

No idea why but this video made me tear up. I love the way James Gunn depicts hope for the future and love for the universe, and it makes me super optimistic for Superman Legacy, because that’s such a vital part of my favorite Clark depictions.

This entire scene is honestly, my favourite moment in the mcu. Reminded me of why I loved the marvel movies, especially after the shows and other mcu movies just not being as enjoyable after endgame.

The final scene from the movie “Speed Racer” is one that i can’t watch without crying. the pure emotional depth from surface level of the spectators and the sport and deeper to the familial implications, the journey that’s been taken so far being considered. it is, without a doubt, one of my favorite, if not the best ending in a movie i’ve seen.

What I love about the ending of this film is that it is the embodiment of catharsis, especially with Groot, Rocket, Drax, and Nebula howling to the air; Peter being embraced by his grandfather; and Gamora being embraced by the Ravagers, her new family.

No joke, I cried hearing you retelling the story of the guardians, best marvel franchise BY FAR.

I love the ending to GoTG Vol 3. It brought tears to my eyes because its about healing and having a family and home. The story is isn't actually over, but we leave the characters in a better place.
