If only saying we are the main cjaracter in our own story made it so for it is true that for far to many they are not the main character of thier own story. And so sadly it it needs saying that one should learn to realoze being the main character w8thin ones story, yet it is far frwater to rwaalize that all reality os but a dream and within dreams we are ever character for there is no other there is only thee self.

I don't think its a "hard lesson" it's just helpful. Like when I'd wake up hungover with a mental inventory of all the annoying crap I did the night before (before I spiral out if control mentally) I would say out loud "NOBODY CARES" in other words nobody is thinking that hard about you. Which is so true. Helped put things in perspective.
