i feel so bad for max that she had to see her brother die in front of her just because he was such an jerk to her doesn’t mean she doesn’t love him anymore i feel like Billy wanted to save his sister i feel her pain she misses him an lot and she deserves so much better billy was very very worried about maxs safety because there’s lots of people out there that are dangerous and not fun to be around them billy deserved better also even tho he treated his sister very rude doesn’t mean he doesn’t love max he sacrificed his life for max and eleven and without him has been really hard for max and she also came to his grave to come see him and read the note she wanted to say at his grave to say goodbye
