After 4 long years ISHIN THE SWORD SAINTS name is still ringing bells at 1st place in hardest boss videos. He really was a different breed of monster & whoever beat him is considered a video game veteran in my book. It takes a true gamer to take ISHIN.

Nice to see Tabuu get some credit. I hate his wing insta kill move. When I finally beat him, I lost my last character landing on a hazard but was still given the victory by the game. I still consider the fight a draw for good reason

FromSoftware has been known for their hardest bosses in their games like from Demon's Souls to Elden Ring, but Isshin The Sword Saint from "Sekiro: Shadow Dies Twice" deserves to be #1 due to being impossible to beat and is still the hardest boss to this day.
