This is a rough-and-ready follow-along as I make a Balearic-style sling out of paracord. With some practice braiding you can make all kinds of designs and color patterns.

Thank You For the easy to follow tutorial, I followed along and made one with you and it works GREAT!! I implemented some of my design elements but the body is like yours! Its nice to be able to make a different kind of sling than my normal one!:)

good vid. mine looks not nearly as good as yours but is functional
The part where you end it seems kinda unsecure with use, i also kinda had crappy cordage that doesnt seem to enjoy just a simple overhand loop so maybe thats why...
you got some crazy good form though and clearly have alot of practice, thanks for the tutorial

This looks great. I wanted to make the one by Blind Squirrel and will most likely follow that tutorial for the finger loops but will for sure use some stuff I saw here (the X in the pouch specifically; I think that's a great addition. Glue also seems like a great idea).

Nice. What are the pros and cons of flat and round braids?

Great video, friend. One question, what paracord thread do you recommend using? A 550 with 9 cores, or a 7-core one... or perhaps a 450? Thanks in advance.

I THINK I just solved the pouch for my latest sling (4 strand like I've been doing the entire time), using your splice in technique. Not perfect, it's the first time doing it, but it looks pretty good currently so thank you. Edit: how to re-enter the braid though? I went from a 4 strand braid to 6 strand and now don't now how to re-enter into a 6 then 4?

Te recomiendo que la hagan con hilo cáñamo, de lana o pita
