Zelenskyy has 'long and meaningful' call with China's president

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and China's President Xi Jinping had their first phone conversation since the start of the war in Ukraine. Zelenskyy characterized the call as 'long and meaningful'.

Biden - why you picked up Zelensky's call & didn't pick up my call.

It will be devastating for western bloc. The world is not the same as 1960. More & more countries are choosing strategic autonomy. Creating a bloc will make things difficult for the USA (and its vassel states).

The US is the most militaristic country on earth. It criticises China's military spending, but it spends as much as the next 10 countries put together.
Since independence, the US has been at war 93% of the time and has launched 201 of 248 armed conflicts since WW2. It just held exercises in the P'pines with 17, 000 personnel - in China's backyard. Who benefits most from demonisation of China? US's military-industrial complex.

The entire global south is rejecting the barbarism of neoliberal privatization as China, with its top global economy, is there to help build infrastructure. Good luck with that!

China and Ukraine have had a long-standing relationship, with China being Ukraine's second-largest trading partner after the EU.

So in other words, China will send a representative to Ukraine to have talks about the political situation.. im 100% positive it will be "Distance yourself from the West, We will end this war if you promise Not to join NATO".. Same song and dance that put Ukraine into this situation to begin with

So China is now the one holding peace talks between Ukraine and Russia. I remember when the U.S. used to be the country everyone looked up to. The U.S. becomes more irrelvant every day.

The length of the phone call suggests that China is interested in engaging with Ukraine and playing a role in resolving the conflict in the region.

The phone call between Xi Jinping and Zelensky is not surprising. China is going step by step according to its own plan.
Xi Jinping has seriously communicated with European powers such as Russia, France, Spain, Germany and EU leader Von Trienne on China's "peace plan". When these communications are completed, China will have its own plan to communicate with Ukraine However, the call between Xi Jinping and Zelensky was only the first step.
