As a new realtor, this video was extremely helpful. Appearance is everything. I was driving a 2011 Mazda 3 and did great selling homes. There are many factors that could also attribute to this but many of my clients have went out of their way to compliment my car after seeing it in the driveway. It's one of the best investments I've ever made and most people think these cars are more expensive than they actually are.
