Rheal Superfoods Review 2 Weeks In

So I was successfully targeted by Instagram's advert for Rheal Foods ... I was actually looking for a health drink to boost my diet and you know 2 weeks in it definitely helps.

I recently discovered that science is researching into the fact that they believe part of our brain can be found in our gut which explains a number of diet and gut related health problems.

Shorter video than normal but I'm crazy busy with work and other ventures. Everyday I'm hustling.

Good review but I noticed when I was coming to the end of the tub it has a false raised bottom. The crafty buggers 😅

Honestly i think it took me about a week to get used to the taste! I got the greens, balance tonic and berry beauty! The green literally tastes like grass. What makes it better is putting it in a glass of cold water, couple of ice and a squeeze of lemon (as recommended). Instead of drinking it quickly directly, i use a straw. It goes down well and cant actually taste the grassiness

Tastes like feet, but then any all green juice that’s good for you usually does.

I tried this with Tesco's apple juice and it taste delicious, could only taste the apple juice.
