Im glad this video exists for people who need it, spent 2 years just wrist aiming (played fps casually) then including my arm when started playing tac fps, lower sens made me do it naturally and when you made a video about fingertip a year or two ago, i started trying to learn it too (my original grip was locked) and it helped my microflicks alot but still not getting the stability i had with claw grip (on a 73g mouse) but tbh there has to be compromises and im happy with my new grip, thank you.

Yooo! Appreciate the two videos you made on this - definitely a good start on understanding the basics of physical mechanics around aim.

There is a bit more depth with regards to the biomechanics and how it can help with reducing injuries. Hoping to create a video that expands on the injury prevention topics relating to this!

I use a claw grip where my thumb and pinky hold the sides of the mouse and my ring finger is right click middle is on scroll wheel and pointer is left click it’s great for minor finger motion

Absolutely loved the video, great stuff! I've got a question for you, though. Do you have any tips or perhaps previous content that dives into how to correct the habit of picking up the mouse to execute a 180 flick? I've noticed it's become a bit of a bad habit in my own gameplay. Your technique keeps everything smooth and on the pad, while I tend to do the exact opposite. Do you think this unconventional approach has any merit at the top levels of play, or should I start training it out of my system?

Hey West, hope you’re doing well. Just wanted to ask if you could make aiming videos for games like apex/xDefiant/The Finals? Games which are tracking/switch heavy. Most of your content is based on TacFPS/Valorant so would love to see your content for those games, as well and how to effectively train for them

Why does no one ever talk about how important your eyes are. They are literally the most important factor when it comes to gameplay. It makes the difference between your focus and aim.

Great video as always, I was wondering if you’d recommend a specific setting for that last point you made about holding the mouse a bit tilted as default? It’s a bad habit that I often do and can’t seem to fix it

i wanna try experiment with something. shooting with the RMB and aiming with LMB since the middle finger natuarly rest in the center and we tend to put more presure on the shoot button.

Do you have any thoughts on optimal seat depth measurements? I have 2 chairs, one of which has a seat depth of 44 cm, while the other one has a seat depth of 50 cm. The 50cm seat is way more comfortable and allows me to rest basically my entire arm on the desk, whereas with the 44cm seat I only have a part of my forearm on the desk and I feel more limited.

Optimal biomechanics and stability on every part of your mousepad is 90% of fps skill.
