The FAMOUS Goodwood Festival of Speed turnaround spot is being compromised over safety concerns. This may have stemmed from the AMG GT fail last year (it drifted into the bank).
Whilst 'professional' drifters and drivers were allowed to spin their race cars, the supercar batch has now been heavily observed, and naughty drivers photographed to be sent to the show's superiors!

So bizarre. The sliding mainly caught on because a lot of race cars have bad turning circles so a blip of the throttle is the fastest way to get them around. I get that some people in the past have taken it a bit far and it’s always a 50/50 if the driver actually does it in a controlled manor, but to give the lambo driver a proper school boy telling off for not even doing a donut is flat out ridiculous. Rules are fine if they’re consistent and not enforced by an absolute jobsworth like that guy.
