The Handmaids Tale book was not released until 1985. The film was released in 1990 with screenplay by Harold Pinter. I always loved the plot twists in Hitchcock's work. I am thrilled that you are making a narrative film on animal rights, it will reach people in a fresh way and, hopefully, change lives.
