The Conservative party is in the process of choosing a new leader. There are four remaining candidates in the race: Kemi Badenoch, Tom Tugendhat, James Cleverly and Robert Jenrick. Each of them join The Spectator’s political editor Katy Balls to set out their vision for the party, for opposition, and the future.

They discuss foreign policy, assisted dying, and give their assessment on why they lost the general election. Who do they think did the best job, from Cameron to Sunak? What’s the most and least conservative policy of the last ten years? And what’s the naughtiest thing they’ve ever done?

Continuing tony Blair open boarder low skilled immigration policies is the least Conservative thing they did. I like kemi but I will never vote Conservative ever again after voting for them since Blair.
Never again

She thinks THIS is the least conservative thing!? Didn’t conserve anything. All British MPs are so out of touch. They get it wrong on so many occasions you have to think its intentional. Undermining the citizenry they swore an oath to protect and uphold.
