Near crash airplane go around due to strong crosswinds and turbulence. Unstable approach.

No where near a crash but yes, the go around was a good decision. Every decision to do a go around is the right decision. Never let a poor/bad landing interfere with a perfectly good go around.

Near crash? It was really bad landing technique. You should go around way before coming to half wingspan. Would be happy to know what's your CFI think about it....
