I kinda like the fact it's Honkai Support Rail. Once you have your bedrock supports and sustains you really can just pick whatever DPS flavor waifu/husbando and they'll probably do just fine.

Getting The Herta because like Archons in Genshin, I'm collecting and maining all Emanators

TLDR: Highest priority is Robin if you don’t have her. Don’t worry about skipping Aglaea and the Herta, they will obviously be very good when they come out, but will not completely destroy current meta. As always just pull for characters you like or think or cool, but Robin is the kind of character that will be good in everything for a long time

Boothill not clearing purefiction is fine because there you can use himeko with fugue, so what matter most is apocalypse shadow and memory of chaos where he definitely destroys

Robins e1 doesn't directly affect true damage but it basically does since it increases the base damge done which is what true damage is based on. Its roundabout damage increases

i definitely had more trouble resource-wise this patch getting sunday and fugue back to back. people be doomposting multi reruns but they’re such a good thing because now if i have my supports and sustains, i can just dabble into whatever DPS mechanic when i want to and if i was a new player i can hit the ground running with smart investments into pulls. hail pokke for the E1 robin advice on her last rerun, she has truly rised up since i got it
