Telepathy Is Easier Than You Think
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some have proposed using quantum entanglement (the invisible umbilical cord that exists between objects) as a form of telepathy. But there are much more practical ways of achieving telepathy that already exist.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MICHIO KAKU:

Dr. Michio Kaku is the co-founder of string field theory, and is one of the most widely recognized scientists in the world today. He has written 4 New York Times Best Sellers, is the science correspondent for CBS This Morning and has hosted numerous science specials for BBC-TV, the Discovery/Science Channel. His radio show broadcasts to 100 radio stations every week. Dr. Kaku holds the Henry Semat Chair and Professorship in theoretical physics at the City College of New York (CUNY), where he has taught for over 25 years. He has also been a visiting professor at the Institute for Advanced Study as well as New York University (NYU).

TRANSCRIPT:

Michio Kaku: Personally, I think that there are easier ways of telepathy than using quantum entanglement. Already we can take MRI scans, EEG scans of the brain, decipher them using computers, shoot that information to another person. This is called radio-enhanced telepathy.

Using quantum entanglement to do that is quite complicated because of the problem of de-coherence. Objects that vibrate in phase when you separate them are also coherent. There’s an umbilical cord that emerges between two objects. That’s called quantum entanglement. However, we consist of trillions upon trillions of atoms, so to get two minds to vibrate in unison like that would be impossible. The world’s record for making objects entangled is only just a few atoms. Imagine trying to entangle two minds together.

So it sounds like a neat idea, putting quantum entanglement with telepathy, but hey, let’s be real: there is an easier way to do it, and that’s using computers and radio.

I came here expecting some weird paranormal phenomenon or something but nope. Computers or radio.

I wish I could meet Michio. All of his work and everything he talks about is so interesting, and he has his way of making it extra fascinating. Really wish I knew him in person.

There are things that exist beyond your understanding, but they exist nonetheless regardless of your ego.

Michio has never done Ayahuasca in the Amazon with close friends. There's a reason they wanted to name the chemical compound "telepathine."

I think popularizing something like theoretical physics and relaying information to mass amounts of people who otherwise would have never known of it is a kind of genius. I'm sure it's no easy feat to teach these theories in an formal academic setting. Finding a way to explain it concisely and plainly is an impressive feat.

His book The Physics of the Impossible was literally one of the most fascinating books I have ever read.

I've had an issue with psychosis lately. Except I swear I was hearing for weeks people saying "did that guy just telepathically communicate with me". People were saying this within ten feet of me. I was texting a girl last night and thought I heard her say something, and then she texted something along the lines of what I thought I heard. It may be that I'm just able to figure what she was going to say. Anyways this is not good and I don't like this happening

Think its more of a ripple of energy through space like banging your foot on floor boards shakes a pattern vibration into an object. Language has an energy vibration that can be understood by the mind.

I have telepathic connections with a few people. The other day i was at work thinking 'I'm sooo cold, should I say I'm cold? I've been quiet for a while now.. ' when my collegue turns to me and says 'you're that cold are ya?' I was like wtfff i didn't say anything but he's adamant he heard my voice saying how cold I was. I didn't say it but he heard it. Spooked us both out!!

I've experienced telepathy just recently. It's over exaggerated, like all "psychic" phenomenon.

From what I learned real telepathy occurs right as you are waking up or falling asleep. This actually makes a lot of sense. Your brain processes thought more effectively when you are asleep because the brain isn't constantly bombarded or distracted by things while awake.

So, if a person learned to maintain complete awareness as they fell asleep. They could probably learn how to perform telepathy.

Try some LSD. I'd really love to hear yout thoughts on concioussness and telepathy after that.

Nice explanation, Mr. Kaku. Thanks for the confirmation on that one.
If entanglement is a phenomenon describable by physicists (or other well observing humans or whatever), then it does not need to be done. Does not need to be performed. It happens by itself.

And this is what I set out to begin, thank you for finishing this with some class.

*If telepathy is easier than I think, then that means it’s been happening before I even knew what the word “telepathy” meant.*

Yes, this makes a complete sense. Thank you, I will research more about the nature of consciousness according to the latest science!

it's always interesting what a bit of research is capable of telling you .. the greater amazement usually comes from when the learning that you attain is built from an understanding which far out dates most buildings, and yet so many buildings are built from this knowledge.

We are doing it right now. I put my thought on a screen and you are understanding it miles away.

I experienced telepathy with somebody I love. It must be something else in addition to quantum entanglement, although quantum entanglement fits in as an explanation. It felt like a bit of a push when we thought about each other and after that we could "talk". It's like we had a bit of energy of each other in us, so the quantum entanglement was possible.
