Did she really just admit to not listening to the flight attendants and is now trying to sue them really

Maybe Airplane manufacturers should allow the over head lockers to be locked during take off and landing.

Are they really suing AA for not handling the evacuation safely when the crew asked them to leave their bags and they willingly decided not to? It’s idiotic.

It's sad to admit, but there should be legislation to indict people who carry on-board luggage during an emergency evacuation for hampering the evacuation process and putting other passengers life at risk with their neglective egomanic behaviour!

This is fucking scary. No matter how safe are aircrafts and how well trained flight attendants are you then get stuck behind someone who desperately needs to take a selfie. That is why I always try to have seat as close to an emergency exist as possible.

Require a passenger to sit in the last 5 rows of a plane and maybe they'll understand how much of a delay getting the bags can cause. Would be so much worse during a real emergency. People lack the mobility even without luggage to get outside an exit window or jump down an exit slide without difficulty. I feel like it might take 10 minutes to evacuate an average flight. If I die in the back of the plane cause you stopped to get your bags I'm gonna be furious.
