Had mine for a month...freaking LOVE IT!
Great redemption from my horrific attempt at rc planes back in the early 90's! No spending 30 minutes trying to get your engine started! No pile of broken basla when you crash it!...just pop the prop back on and you're good to go!

complete newbie here- I just maiden flew this same airplane, flew abut 30 seconds, missed the soccer goal but stuffed it into a tree.. had to go home and get a pool brush pole to get it down-no harm no foul-found the prop, regained composure then proceeded to have a very nice flight... :) was nervous but next time out should be easier..👍 So glad I went with this light little plane, I would imagine, something heaver like the 1.2meter trainers would of been toast..had a couple cartwheel landings..this little thing still looks new..

Great evaluation and aimed at the beginner RC enthusiast. Great rudder advice. Good for those of us who have a lot more drone experience and want to fly airplanes as well.

I just got that same plane and I’m scared to fly it, but your video really helped me.

My son's been egging me on to try. Bought the $100 Spitfire version of this. Was having reasonable success with it until a crosswind caught it & stuck it about 25' up in a thick tree. Plan is to get a ladder, more protective clothing & Long handled pool brush tomorrow & see if I can rescue it. Little to no hope to find the prop, but the package does come with spares.
Appreciate the lesson, thank you!

Split screen would be good so newbies like me can see the transmitter control

Also the amount of carbon spars on it is great and lots of power for a 1s plane. The plane I was flying I was getting close to 20mins on one 1s lipo . I think it was a 300mah

Thx for the alternative for us people with limited income.

These are great little 4-channel starters. Only 1 real con. The Tx has more than enough control range for sensible flying but you should note that, if you do lose signal, there is no motor failsafe = bye bye plane! This applies to all the Volantex v761 variants - they all use the same receiver/stabilizer.

Many thanks for the video. I came here trying to learn how to begin (after 3 falls with 1, 4m training styrofoam model) and I've decided to buy it immediately to learn with gyro. The plane is awesome, steering it is a lot of fun, I'm already switching off stabilization. One advice: it is good to learn above a field/high grass, the plane is so light it is actually difficult to damage it even if it falls into high plants. It is also good to learn while flying high to have an altitude to use stabilizer in case something goes wrong (I started flying low, but quickly realized that the plane is not that fragile when above wheat, so it does not make much sense to keep it low). Overall I am super happy and recommend it if you have no one to help you learn :) I'm also thinking off adding gyro to the bigger plane once I'll be confident enough to fly it, just in case (I am still beginner, also it helps a great deal during wind - one day it may save the plane)

After being into RC cars for years I picked up my first plane yesterday. I was honestly surprised at how easy it is to learn as I'm already dabbling into the "expert" mode after about an hour of flying. Just nervous to crash it even though I know it'll probably be fine 😅

OMG, you have sun, I was wondering where our sun went here in the UK

This video reminds me of the "noisy cricket" scene off Men in Black.

I expected that small plane to be a piece of junk and boom, damn thing hauls ass! 🤣

What a coincidence! I just ordered that same little plane and looked up learning to fly videos and came across this video. I can't wait to try it and see if RC planes are for me.

for advanced rc jets, how can you fix the ailorons before takeoff and/or during flight if your jet keeps spinning 360 degrees?

Wild that all the planes like these that used to be super cheap just a few years ago are all over $100 now

Yo DC, I flew my lil plane yesterday for the 1st time(no wind) 👍. I definitely think flying FPV drones for last couple of months helped me a lot. No breakages with multiple landings & takeoffs😃.
