I'm of two minds here: I want to like because of the time and effort that clearly went into making this production, but I also want to dislike for the destruction of what I'm sure is a beautiful and a fairly expensive model train.

*Tragedy struck on August 4th 1934 at 10:32 AM when a 4-6-0 steamer and her coaches were caught in a landslide. Luckily it was the construction of the passenger cars that prevented a serious disaster, for all 90 passengers survived the disaster and the only two casualties being the driver and fireman. Local fire departments rushed to the scene to find the engine and tender buried under the soil, with only a tip of the smoke stack visible. Fire crews warned the passengers and onlookers to get back, as a boiler explosion was imminent as the engine and tender had separated and the condition of the cab was unknown. At **11:21** the boiler of the engine exploded. Railroad personnel and local authorities are investigating the scene.*

Okay, the purple smoke from the stack was the first sign they were using non-approved fuel. Second sign: that weird welding shop. What the hell are all those non RR components, (not to mention that visible rubber tire) ??? What is that mechanic smoking??? Non union ??? BTW, the least they could have done is to pull the side rods off that wretched steam engine before the diesel pushed it into the roundhouse, WTH ??? !!! Lastly, why do we G-Scalers like to bully and torment our poor, suffering, Bachman 4-6-0 engines ??? LOL !!! BTW: excellent camera angles, story line, and sense of humor! - David.
