Low Carb Condensed Milk Bread | Keto Friendly

My first time to use almond milk on bread and also wasn't sure about dry yeast as I normally used xantham gum. But this actually turned out good! Texture and taste are not the same as the regular recipe for bread using all purpose flour and normal milk, but hey, being the low carb, keto friendly version, this rocks it!

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (warm)
4 cups almond flour
3 tbsp monkfruit or erythritol granular sweetener
3 tbsp (45g) softened butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp (7g) active dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar-free condensed milk (link below)
1 tsp salt
For the bread glaze:
3 tbsp softened butter
3 tbsp sugar-free condensed milk
To make sugar-free condensed milk:
