EASY KETO PULL APART BREAD! How to Make Keto Milk Bread | Tastes Like Hawaiian Rolls! ONLY 4 CARBS

Milk Bread
1/2 cup of almond milk room temp
1 egg
1 and ¼ teaspoon of instant yeast
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of softened butter

Glaze:
2 tablespoons of softened butter
2 tablespoons of condensed milk

Directions:
Add milk, condensed milk, egg, sweetener, and yeast. Mix well
Add in flour and salt & mix well, until dough forms
Add in butter & mix well
Knead for 2 to 5 mins on a lightly floured
You want the dough to have stretch and elasticity
Oil a bowl and add dough and cover in a warm leave until it doubles an hour
Punch air out
Cut into two pieces and roll and flatten
Roll into a log and divide into 7 pieces
Add to a loaf pan
Cover and let rest 45 minutes
Brush with egg white mixture
Bake at 35 for 20 to 22 minutes
Let it cool and then brush with glaze

17g Protein
192 Calories

For all those asking if this would work with almond flour- the answer is no. They won’t rise and you get a crumbly mess. I also made the recipe exactly as posted and it tastes a bit healthy, like wheat, but much closer to regular bread than any other I’ve tried. I had one roll and will be checking if it has an effect on ketosis.

My hobby is bread baking. If you spray the surface with water and wet your hands it will help with sticking and you won't need the parchment paper. I had no idea KA made a keto flour that is awesome. I'm definitely trying this recipe. Due to medical reasons I had to cut my carbs way back so I normally made my bread and gift it to people. I have my own sourdough starter and everything. I would invent recipes with my sourdough starter. I'm already thinking of how to change up this recipe like coconut milk instead of almond milk. Thank you for this recipe. I'm excited to play.

I follow a Keto diet because I have lupus and it’s basically cured all my inflammation and psoriasis. I’m not saying it’s necessarily because I ate this brand of wheat flour but after eating breads with this flour a few times I woke up with stiff and swollen hands for the first time in about 3 years of following this diet and I gained about 3lbs that week. If you can have this with no drawbacks I’m happy for you. If you have to be on a clean Keto diet, this isn’t for you. If you do fine just counting macros, enjoy.

Gonna tread lightly here. There are too many sides of Keto that do not agree with each other. Their only agreement is that they observe the Ketogenic eating lifestyle. Now my meager observation is that I hear and see things that Myra does that do not fit my interpretation of the recipe. I will sub the ingredients that I see are not working for me. Other than that, she is a wonderful Chef/Cook and presenter of the recipes. I thank her for being so presentable and giving of her time.

The condensed milk recipe was the cherry on top of the bread. Never thought that item could be used in recipes.
