INGREDIENTS

1 cup whipping cream (240g)
1tbsp (14g) unsalted butter
40g erythritol (powder), add more for your liking
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• Place all ingredients into a nonstick skillet or saucepan over medium low heat.
• Stir to combine. Then drop the heat to a simmer.
• Simmer the ingredients for 10-15 minutes or until reached your preferred thickness.
• You can use immediately or it will become thicker as it cools.
• Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a heatproof container and cool it in the fridge. If the condensed milk becomes solid and does not combined after refrigerated, reheat in microwave about 10 seconds until the milk had become liquid and smooth. Stir to make sure the condensed milk is completely combined.
• Storing period depends upon the expiration date of the whipping cream.
