Показать описание
California Governor Gavin Newsom has proposed a $322 Billion state budget for the next fiscal year. Newsom says the budget, which comes after two years of massive state deficits, will be balanced and without a deficit. But the budget is essentially a placeholder, as Newsom and the state legislature await the incoming Trump administration, and possible cuts to federal funding. Blake Jones, co-author of the Politico California Playbook joins Cher Calvin and Micah Ohlman with more on the proposal and the budget fight ahead. Jan. 6, 2025.
